Male Hygiene service from Sanaway
Sanaway’s male hygiene service is built on the principles of dignity, inclusion, and discretion. Our fully auditable, discreet, and sustainable disposal service ensures that male and unisex washrooms are equipped to meet the hygiene needs of everyone who uses them.
With 1 in 10 people in the UK experiencing urinary incontinence*, the need for hygienic waste disposal in male washrooms has never been more relevant.
Whether due to prostate conditions, medication side effects, neurological issues, or age-related health changes, the presence of a discreet hygiene unit in male washrooms reflects a modern, compassionate approach to workplace and public hygiene.
Sanaway One has revolutionised the industry – offering one hygiene bin for all washrooms whether male, female or unisex, eliminating stigma around hygiene disposal.

Need:
No more awkward conversations or requests for a hygiene disposal service that some of our customers experience when discussing different washroom gender requirements.

Solution:
Instead, a straightforward request for ONE hygiene units that cover all washroom needs.

Price:
A universal cost, with no premium charges, and as always with Sanaway, there are no ‘Duty of Care’ charges.
Through our partnership with The Prostate Project, our male hygiene service also plays a vital role in raising awareness about prostate cancer — the most common cancer in the UK.
Informational materials provided with our service help raise awareness of risk factors and the importance of early testing, such as the PSA blood test.
We encourage businesses to support their teams by offering access to mobile testing through The Man Van, The Prostate Project’s community testing initiative.

YES, our standard female hygiene service will still be available, but any new units you require will likely be branded with ‘ONE’ logo’s. Every hygiene service will of course remain as Zero Waste to Landfill in terms of its disposal.
NO, hygiene units are only legally required in female washrooms in companies that employ one or more women. However, different people use different washrooms and have different needs. By making ONE hygiene units available in all washroom environments, you will help reduce the embarrassment and stigma that some people may experience if they must seek out a hygiene unit in an alternative washroom for their needs.
