Launched in April 2025, ONE is our inclusive washroom hygiene service designed to break down stigma and make disposal facilities accessible to everyone, while achieving zero waste to landfill. After 20 years of supporting businesses across the South of England, this has been our proudest step forward.
And what a year it’s been. In just 12 months, we’ve installed over 1,000 ONE hygiene units in male, female, and accessible washrooms across a wide range of sectors, helping to normalise universal hygiene facilities for all.
We’ve also seen the impact go beyond washrooms. Through our partnership with The Prostate Project, ONE has helped bring vital health messaging directly to workplaces. At a recent customer PSA testing event, over 40 men took part; an incredible outcome as early detection of prostate cancer can save lives, and we’re proud to play a part in raising awareness about such an important health issue.
As we move through 2026, ONE continues to support the 1 in 10 people affected by urinary incontinence, while helping organisations meet their sustainability and ESG goals.
